How long does a product take to produce and ship?

T-shirts are custom printed for every single order. We take about 2-7 business days to create an apparel product and 2-5 business days to create a non apparel product.

90% of our products are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our product usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.

 

My t-shirt is the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can. The product will be free, but you will be charged the second shipment. You have to send the product back to us and we will send you back a different size for free. Our customer service will contact you as soon as the wrong size product arrives at our place. Unclaimed returns will be given to charity after 4 weeks.

 

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Our printing service has more facilities worldwide. We take care of printing in the nearest facility as the shipping address. Usually US shipments cost around 8$, no matter how many items you buy. Shipments to Europe costs around 7€, no matter how many items you buy. For the rest of the world the shipment may vary from 8$ to 12$ depending on the distance from printing facility and carrier costs.

 

 I have a great idea for a t-shirt, can I submit a new design?

We whould love to see your design idea and include it in our collection. We would love to reward you for the cooperation by giving you some fees on the sales. Just contact us and we will talk about it.

Are you yet another dropshipping store?

Nope, we are not dropshipping from low quality, low cost manufacturers based on "only god knows where". We manufacture, print and ship our products by ourselves. Everything is done in our centers in US and Europe.

 

How many customers do you have?

Our printing partner delivered 10.6 millions of products since 2013.

 

How are your t-shirts made?

We use both DGT and Screen printing. DGT is like and ink-jet printer but for cloth, it can print very detailed prints with an infinite number of colors. Screen printing on the other side needs one pass for each color. Quality of both methods is high level industrial standard. Final customers won't notice differences as we choose the correct print method according to the design of the product.

 

My product is defective, can I have a new one?

It doesn't happen, but if...of course you can. As for the t-shirts you just need to send the defective product back and we will send a new one for free. Our customer service will contact you as soon as the defective product arrives at our place. Unclaimed products will be recycled after 4 weeks.

 

What's your refund policy?

Every defective product (none until now) will be totally handled at our expenses. If you just changed your mind you will be granted a discount on a new product. Keep in mind that to get a refund the original product needs to be sent back to our place .
